I have lived in Nampa, Idaho my whole life and
have always been creative. I have been self employed for the
lasts 20 years. I started my career in the construction industry
working for George Beets Construction. I then opened my own
business Stonehaven Tile working as a tile setter for a couple
of contractors in the valley. I was able to use my creative
ideas in designing floors, kitchens and master bathrooms. I
had worked at that for over seven years and still continue to
do so in the homes I build. Five years ago I started to build
my own custom homes. I have been able to work with some great
clients and sub contractors in building some remarkable custom
homes. My passion is to build a custom home with unique qualities
and excellent craftsmanship for a family to enjoy for many years,
a home where their friends feel comfortable and a home that
doesn't become a financial burden.
Rod Rhoades is a builder with more
than 30 years experience. During the course of his career, Rod
has worked in supervision for some aggressive homebuilding companies,
putting several hundred projects under his belt. His focus has
been to develop the fastest, most effective ways to schedule
and complete a project and retain a true quality touch. Old
West Quality Homes is dedicated daily to building with quality
